V V Sharma is a multifaceted artist celebrated for his contributions as a choreographer, video director, and writer in the Indian entertainment industry. He holds a postgraduate degree in Indian Classical Dance (Kathak) from Guru Nanak Dev University and a certificate in Performing Arts (Bharatnatyam) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He further honed his skills with professional dance training at ICE, Balaji Telefilms, Mumbai, enriching his expertise in contemporary and cinematic dance styles.
Dedicated to both artistry and advocacy, V V Sharma is a certified participant of The Humsafar Trust’s “Likho Citizen Journalism Workshop 2020” under the Connect and Amplify Change initiative. He also completed “Studio Dhanak”, a screenwriting workshop organized by The Humsafar Trust in Mumbai (Oct–Nov 2021), enhancing his storytelling craft.
His journey into the film industry began in 2017 as an independent choreographer for the Punjabi film Ishq Na Hove Rabba. Since then, he has independently directed and choreographed numerous Hindi and Punjabi music videos, developing a distinct visual and narrative style as a video director and scriptwriter.
In 2024, V V Sharma made his debut as an independent producer with the Bollywood short film Kuchh Bhi Kuchh Bhi under his banner The Fankaar Parindey. The film, now streaming on Hungama OTT, highlights his talent as both a lyricist and filmmaker.
With several upcoming projects in the pipeline, V V Sharma continues to evolve as a creative force, committed to delivering impactful stories through dance, direction, and dialogue.
